Guarantee terms and conditions
To take advantage of the product replacement guarantee, first purchase a minimum number of product samples and keep the packaging so that you can replace them if it is needed.
Conditions for using the product replacement or repair warranty:
Rahaco guarantee their products (a copy of the invoice is a guarantee document and it is mandatory to provide it to use the guarantee) with the conditions announced at the time of sale (the new conditions announced for the guarantee do not apply to us and the criterion is the warranty conditions during the sale), except in the following cases:
- Contact with liquids.
- Electricity fluctuations (using an adapter with inappropriate voltage and current).
- Physical injury.
- Products with distorted holograms or without serial numbers.
- The input and output ports of the device are not covered by the warranty But in order not to invalidate the overall warranty of the device, in case of failure, they must be replaced by the Rahaco.
- equipment is not covered by warranty, such as adapters, cables, conversions, etc.
After the end of the guarantee period stated in the sales invoice, Rahaco will provide repair services for its products at the lowest price.
